This Evelyn Street Dress is made of 68% cotton 27% nylon and 5% spandex. It is stretchy and comfy and fits beautifully over the body with a flare just above the waist all the way to the knee. This cotton is super soft and get softer with wearing. Please note we sell the matching shrug separately and also a fit and flare skirt in the same fabric.
