This Eveline Street skirt is made of 68% cotton 27% nylon and 5% spandex. It is stretchy and comfy and fits beautifully over the body with a flare starting at the waist to just about the knee. This cotton is super soft and gets softer with wearing. Please note we sell the matching shrug separately and also a fit and flare dress in the same fabric. Machine wash, lay flat to dry.
